Bill Kleis
Shareholder
Mr. Kleis is one of the founding principles of InSource. He specializes in identifying, negotiating, and implementing insurance and surety programs for contractors and suppliers to the construction industry, as well as hospitals and medical centers. Kleis also serves as Director of Sales for the firm where he leads a team of insurance and risk management professionals.

Kleis, a Miami native with over thirty years of risk management experience, was owner of Thomas & Cook Insurance, a predecessor firm to InSource. Kleis earned the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation from the International Risk Management Institute, and the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation from the Insurance Institute of America. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Kleis' high standing within the insurance industry led to his presidency of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dade County where he led the organization to win the Walter Bennett Award as the outstanding local insurance association in the nation. He has served on various committees of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and the Florida Windstorm Underwriting Association, the predecessor to Citizen's Property & Casualty.

Kleis is a long time member of Plymouth Congregational Church where he has served in various capacities and at every opportunity has given his time as a baseball and softball coach.
Phil Lyons
Shareholder
Phillip Lyons focuses on real estate commercial property programs, manufacturers, condominiums, and workers compensation. Mr. Lyons also specializes in custom tailored homeowner and auto insurance programs for high net worth individuals.

Lyons was a partner in Worley, Humphrey & Ball, a predecessor firm to InSource. He earned his Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations and has completed personal and business life insurance courses provided by the Life Underwriting Training Council.

A native of West Palm Beach, Lyons served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971 to 1980. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Florida International University.

Lyons is a member of the Legislative Council for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and serves on their Health Council. He is also a member of the Miami Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of South Florida, the South Dade Association of Life Underwriters and South Miami?Kendall Jaycees. Lyons is past Chair of the Chamber South and is currently serving as Chairman of their Military Affairs Committee.
Charles H. Vodicka
Shareholder
Charles Vodicka specializes in asset protection for high net worth individuals and their businesses by strategically offering property, casualty, life and health insurance products, including group benefits. His professional team for the Elite Client Group has developed a process for evaluating the needs of these individuals and their businesses, matching up insurance companies and proprietary resources to fill their needs.

In addition, Vodicka heads the Not_]For_]Profit practice for the firm. He has worked in this area for over eighteen years, developing a team of professionals who can bring multiple resources to assist organizations with risk management, to address business interruption at the time of loss, and to manage relationships with insurance companies. He also specializes in benefits for the employees of these organizations.

Much of his work in this area has been on behalf of child and family welfare agencies. An expert in the field, Vodicka is frequently invited to speak to Boards of Directors and professional organizations regarding risk management and employee retention issues.

Vodicka is a founding member and serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Kristi House, a not_]for_]profit organization dedicated to providing a healing environment for sexually abused children. He is also a founding board member of Haitian Neighborhood Center/Sant La and is currently on the Advisory Board of Directors. He has also served as a board member of Miami Light Project, Performing Arts for Community and Education, and on the Board of Directors of WLRN, South Florida's National Public Radio (NPR) station.
Ileana M. Bauza CIC, CRM, CRIS, MLIS

With 28 years of experience in the Insurance and Surety Bond industry, Ms. Bauza has the breadth of knowledge and market relationships necessary to best serve her clients. She joined the InSource team 17 years ago as a Bond Manager and her current role is that of a Sales Executive specializing in serving the Insurance and Risk Management needs of the Pharmaceutical industry, manufacturers and distributors, the technology sector, as well as condominium associations and restaurant franchises. She also has vast knowledge of management liability, surety, fidelity, and contract bond industry which allows for in-house authority.

In addition to holding her Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses, Ileana has earned the following designations, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) and was an Acrisure Top 2014 Producer. She is a University of Miami Alumni where she earned her Degree in Business Administration.

An active member of business and community groups, Ileana is currently involved with the National Coalition of Pharmaceutical Distributors, the Florida Surety Association, Habitat for Humanity Woman Build, Hands on Broward, Unity on the Bay, and Empower U.
Wayne Savage
Sales Executive
Wayne Savage specializes in providing insurance and risk management solutions for Marina and Yacht Club Owners, Boat Manufacturers, and Ocean Cargo companies. Additionally, he also serves the needs of Commercial Property Owners and Property Management Companies, as well as Restaurant Franchises, and High Net Worth Individuals and families.

With over thirty two years of insurance and risk management experience, Mr. Savage, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), brings to the table a level of knowledge and expertise that's truly hard to come by.

Savage began his insurance career working for his father's firm, Savage Manfre and Associates in 1979 when he was still in high school. After working there for six years, he moved on to work with two other prominent insurance firms prior to joining the InSource team in the year 2001. Mr. Savage and his team serve their clients from the InSource Broward office.

Wayne is also a Pro Fisherman and has won almost every fishing tournament from Key West to Ft. Lauderdale at least once over the last twenty years. He also holds titles throughout the Caribbean and Mexico.
Miguel Lopez
Sales Executive / Team Leader
Mr. Lopez serves as Team Leader of the firm's Employee Benefits Practice. Together, he and his team of highly-experienced professionals deliver customized cost containment strategies, custom-tailored HR and compliance solutions, and cloud-based technology platforms designed to streamline workflows and positively impact balance sheets.

He also works with the firm's commercial insurance division and specializes in identifying, negotiating, and implementing insurance and risk management programs for commercial property owners, contractors and suppliers to the construction industry, and professional service firms.

Miguel also works closely with the firm's Elite Client Group, a highly-specialized team focused on asset protection and personal liability programs for high net worth individuals and families.

He is a long-time member of St. Thomas Episcopal Parish in Coral Gables where he recently served a four year term on the board. He has a passion for photography, giving back to the community, and currently serves on the street-team of the Feed My Sheep Mission, a group dedicated to feeding the chronically homeless in downtown Miami.

Lucy Singer

Mrs. Singer is widely recognized as an industry leader in insurance and risk management solutions for the transportation industry. With over four decades of experience, her clients benefit from a breadth of knowledge and industry expertise that is hard to come by. Whether it's a 1000 unit taxi fleet, several hundred schools buses or sanitation trucks, or a hand full of limousines, Lucy has the broad market access and book-of-business leverage needed to help her clients secure the best possible combination of coverage and price.

Lucy also works closely with the firm's commercial insurance division, as well as our Elite Client Group, a specialty team focused on providing asset management and liability programs for high net worth individuals and families.

In order to stay abreast of developments within the transportation industry, Lucy is an active member of the following organizations: American Bus Association, Environmental Industry Association, Florida Limousine Association, Florida Motor Coach Association, Florida Trucking Association, Greater Orlando Limousine Association, National Solid Wastes Management Association, National Limousine Association, Taxi, Limo, Paratransit Association, United Motorcoach Association, Waste Equipment Technology Association, and the West Florida Livery Association.

Additionally, Lucy helps give back to the community by serving on the firm's charity committee, a group of dedicated professionals focused on raising funds for local charities that help those in need.
Eddie Menendez
Sales Executive / Team Leader
Mr. Menendez serves as Surety Team Leader for the firm's Construction Risk Management Practice. With close to two decades of experience and a background as a surety underwriter with Travelers, an international surety company, Eddie has the experience and expertise required to help his clients establish bond programs with the most favorable terms. He specializes in construction, court, and miscellaneous bonds as well as property and casualty insurance for the commercial and residential sectors.

Born into a Cuban American household, Eddie is a native Miamian and proud Golden Panther. He attended Florida International University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He is passionate about fitness, giving back to the communities he serves, and regularly works with the Junior Diabetes Foundation to help raise funds for those in need.

Eddie is a member of the following organizations: Florida Surety Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, Construction Association of South Florida, Engineering Contractors Association, and the Association of General Contractors.
